dNTP Mix is a premixed solution containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a concentration of 10 mM in water, total concentration of nucleotides, therefore, is 40 mM (pH7.0). The dNTP Mix is ready to use and optimized for routine PCR reactions, RT-PCR and DNA sequencing.
