Prices are current at web site. All prices are in US dollar. Prices are subjected to change without notice.
Delivery
We ship most of our products the same day if the order is placed before noon (central standard time). All shipments are via Fedex ground or UPS ground unless requested at the time of order. Air shipments are required for some products and are shipped via Fedex Express. Extra charges apply for HAZMAT and dry ice shipments. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Free shipping option are available for Washington University, University of Missouri at Saint Louis, and Saint Louis University.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are net 30 days from the invoice date for approved credit, otherwise net cash with order or credit card. In the case of late payments, a 2% interest per month will be added to the unpaid principal. Purchasers are also responsible for any costs of collection, including attorney’s fee.
Return & Replacement Policy
The quality of our products is guaranteed. If not satisfied with the performance of our products, please contact us by phone or email. If it is necessary to return items, contact us for a prior authorization number and return instructions to return your item. We must receive this notification within 10 business days of product receipt. EZ BioResearch will not accept returned products without prior authorization and no credit will be given for products returned without this authorization. For returns not related to product performance, shipping costs and a 20% handling fee will be paid by the customer.
Warranties & Liabilities
EZ BioResearch is committed to providing the highest quality reagent at competitive prices. We warrant that the products meet or exceed the performance standards described in the product specification sheet. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, our policy is to replace the product or credit in full purchase price and delivery charge. No other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, are provided by EZ BioResearch. EZ BioResearch products are intended only for laboratory and research purposes and should be used by trained lab professionals. EZ BioResearch therefore accepts no responsibility and should not be held liable loss, damage, expense, consequential or accidental damage. This includes the damage to property, person, or premises resulting from these products. In no event will EZ BioResearch be liable for consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Privacy
When you place your order, you will need to supply us with information specific to your order. The information that you provide is used to process and send your order. No credit card information is retained online. We use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may also contact you by email for feedback on our products and services and to provide occasional new product or special sale announcements. EZ BioResearch does not sell or share your name, address, phone number, email address, or any other personal information with any other companies.
