EZ Long Taq DNA Polymerase

EZ Long Taq DNA Polymerase is a special formulation of Taq designed for amplifying long fragments. The specially formulated Long Taq DNA polymerase was shown to be able to amplify long templates from ? phage genome up to 20 kb. EZ Long Taq DNA Polymerase is also suitable for amplifying complex templates, such as GC-rich templates. EZ Long Taq DNA Polymerase can be used as a direct replacement for ordinary Taq in most applications. PCR products generated using EZ Long Taq DNA Polymerase have 3’-dA overhangs, which can be used in TA Cloning.
