EZ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase
EZ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified Taq DNA polymerase whose enzyme activity can only be activated after incubation at 94oC for 3-5 minutes. Because of exhibiting no polymerase activities before onset of thermal cycling, EZ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase can prevent non-specific DNA amplification and primer-dimer formation. The Polymerase can amplify DNA target up to 6 kb in length. PCR products generated by the Polymerase contain a single base A 3’ overhang.
