EZ HF Taq DNA Polymerase
EZ HF Taq DNA Polymerase has superior proofreading and thermo-stability properties as compared to other thermo-stable polymerases. EZ HF Taq DNA Polymerase possesses 3’ to 5’ exonuclease proofreading activity that enables the polymerase to correct nucleotide mis-incorporation errors, which means the PCR fragments generated by this polymerase will have fewer errors in the sequences. The polymerase can amplify DNA target up to 2 kb. PCR products generated by EZ HF Taq DNA Polymerase have blunt ends, which is ideal for blunt-end cloning. EZ HF DNA polymerase can be used for high fidelity DNA synthesis.
