Because it is more concentrated as compared to the traditional 2X SDS sample buffer, the 5X SDS Non-Reducing Sample Buffer allows more protein samples to be loaded into each well. 5X SDS Non-Reducing Sample Buffer contains Tris Buffer pH 6.8, Glycerol, SDS and Bromophenol Blue.
