The 500 bp Even Ladder consists of 10 double strand DNA fragments with sizes of 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 4500 and 5000 bp. Each of the DNA fragments in the 500 bp Even Ladder has equal amount of DNA except 2500 bp fragment is present at double the amount of the other fragments and serves as a reference indicator. No more frustration and time wasting on figuring out the concentrations of each DNA fragments in DNA ladders! 500 bp Even Ladder allows users to estimate the concentrations of DNA fragments on gel faster and easier. 500 bp Even Ladder is supplied in ready to use format.
