This unstained protein marker is made of seven purified proteins whose molecular weights ranging from 14-116K. The protein marker can be used for determining the molecular weights of unknown proteins on SDS-PAGE. It is provided in a ready to use formula and no reconstitution or dilution is needed.
Usage Information:

Recommended loading volume: 5-10 ul depending on the gel size.

If using silver staining, decrease the loading volume accordingly.

Before loading, heat an aliquot of the protein marker at 95oC for 3-5 min.
- The protein marker is in 1X SDS sample buffer, it is not suitable for native gel.
