The prestained protein molecular weight marker consists of six purified proteins whose molecular weight ranging from 19-117 KD. A blue dye is covalently linked to the proteins, therefore six prestained proteins are visible during electrophoresis or on a membrane after electrophoretic transfer from gel. The prestained protein molecular weight marker is in ready to use formula, no need to boil before use.
Usage Information:

Recommended loading volume: 5-10 ul depending on the gel size.

The protein marker is in 1X SDS sample buffer, it is not suitable for native gel.
