The Molecular Grade Water is specifically produced for use in molecular biology applications. The water is certified free of DNase and RNase. Each lot of the Molecular Grade Water is tested for the absence of DNase and RNase. The Molecular Grade Water is not treated with DEPC, thus the water can be used in the enzymatic reactions which are sensitive to DEPC interference. |
