EZ RNA Storage solution
EZ RNA Storage Solution is a sodium citrate based buffer recommended for long term storage of RNA samples. The unique features of the EZ RNA Storage Solution (low pH and chelating effect) minimize base hydrolysis and assure RNA stability in the solution. The EZ RNA Storage Solution is in ready to use form and requires no extra preparation. Simply resuspend an RNA pellet in an appropriate volume of the EZ RNA Storage Solution. The EZ RNA Storage Solution will not interfere with downstream RNA applications such as RT-PCR, in vitro transcription/translation reactions and Northern analysis.
