5X SDS Non-Reducing Sample Buffer is used for loading protein samples onto the SDS-polyacrylamide gel. Because it is more concentrated as compared to the traditional 2X SDS sample buffer, the 5X SDS Non-Reducing Sample Buffer allows more protein samples to be loaded into each well. 5X SDS Non-Reducing Sample Buffer contains 315 mM Tris pH 6.8, 50% Glycerol, 5% SDS and 0.025% Bromophenol Blue. |
